The Sky and the still Ocean respond to the charming sounds of the violin concerto.

This unification with nature is reflected in some world cultures.

One of them is the legend of Sadko. Sadko was a rich merchant. His ship had gotten into a severe storm, threatening lives and causing the loss of goods. Sadko remembered his old skill of playing "gusli" (traditional instrument). The Sea King was charmed with his "music for the soul."

The sea then became calm, and Sadko returned home safely with his ship and crew.

In the world collection of classical music there is a famous opera by

Rimsky- Korsakov telling the same story.
